Christchurch is my home town of which I am very proud, and after completing a languages degree at Canterbury University , I was fortunate to obtain a position in Inbound Tourism and began my journey of promoting New Zealand as a travel destination. I love the diversity of landscape, the incredible accommodation options, the plethora of sightseeing and adventure activities, and the unique culture and amazing people that New Zealand has to offer – it really does have something for everyone, and we are lucky enough to call it home!
During my career I have spent 16 years in North America including Toronto, Chicago, Los Angeles, Scottsdale and Santa Fe, promoting New Zealand and the South Pacific. My love of travel continues unabated exploring Aotearoa (New Zealand), Australia, the beauty of the South Pacific islands particularly Fiji and the Cook Islands, and further afield when I can.
I enjoy spending time with my extended whanau (family), reading, good food and wine, and watching sports (particularly rugby and tennis).
